IEEE Robotics And Automation Magazine -  крупнейший в мире научный журнал издаваемый институтом инженеров электротехники и электроники, в нем представлены научные разработки в области робототехники со всего мира. На мой взгляд у него 2 недостатка: издается на английском языке и довольно сложно достать выпуски.
